Yes we will place you in a barb squad or liaise with teams who are missing players to place you in a team that matches ability and ensures the most important thing…helluva good time.
The Summer Stampede tournament will follow the structure you’re used to, e.g. group stages, semi-final and final match. The exact structure will be based on the number of confirmed attendees and will be communicated closer to the event.
We usually use Tsunami, although the eventual supplier is subject to change.
We’ll collect merchandise information from you as part of the registration process. We’ll take care of the ordering for you, and you can collect your merchandise at registration / opening ceremony / the first day of the event.
We build our night social schedule to bring everyone together, celebrate the weekend and let loose. We’re incredibly lucky to partner with some excellent venues, so whether it’s a relaxed opening ceremony, the laughs of drag bingo, or the high-energy night club vibe, we hope we have something for everyone. The closing ceremony begins right after the final tournament matches before moving on to other venues later in the evening. Social events are subject to change, given event numbers etc, and so venue details will be confirmed closer to the time within the attendee info pack.

Tesco Express is less than 10 minutes walk away on the nearby high street. Food delivery services cover the area, and Emersons Green retail park is approx. 10 minutes drive away with a larger supermarket and to-go food outlets.
Yes, we have the opportunity to secure limited camping / campervan pitches for attendees of the Summer Stampede. For the avoidance of any doubt, you must bring your own tent / caravan / campervan, and tickets for the event must also be purchased separately.
Within the grounds of Cleve RFC, beside the club house. Cleve RFC is also home to Hayfields Caravan Park, a Certified Location of the Caravan and Motorhome Club.
There are limited electric hook up points on site, though these are typically reserved for campervans or motorhomes. We would recommend getting in touch with us before hand to discuss availability. We are not able to guarantee electric hook-ups will be available to all camp site users.
Cars will need to be parked in the club house car park, which is on the opposite side of the club house. Approx 5 minute walk.
No. You must also purchase tickets for any players, supporters or children separately.
Plots are available as follows:
- Up to 3 person tent plots
- 4+ person tent plots / caravan / campervan.
Tickets need to be purchased for a plot.
