Summer Stampede

Rugby Clinics

Saturday focuses on skills development, with position-specific clinics and focused forwards and backs sessions designed to refine your game.

What is a clinic?

Improve your game

The Summer Stampede Rugby Clinics are a series of focused, on-pitch sessions designed to sharpen your skills and build your confidence. Throughout the day, players rotate through stations covering key aspects of the game. Whatever your experience level, our coaches are here to help you refine your technique and elevate your play.

Sessions tailored to you

What is your goal?

To help you get the most out of the Summer Stampede, we design our clinics around player goals. Before you arrive, our coaches review registration forms to pinpoint the specific skills you want to work on. These individual goals are then blended into group sessions, ensuring you get focused, meaningful coaching that directly elevates your game.

Position-Specific Training

Forwards & Backs

Great rugby comes down to understanding your role and supporting your teammates. In the afternoon, we split into forwards and backs to focus on position-specific details. Forwards dig into the grit of scrum mechanics and lineout accuracy, while backs work on timing, decision-making, and creating space. By the end of the day, you’ll walk away with practical tools you can take straight into your next game.
